KCRP CANCELS APRIL 4TH EVENT
Bakersfield, CA – (March 28, 2020) After trying to get the best read on the upcoming week regarding the COVID-19 situation, Kern County Raceway regretfully has cancelled their April 4thevent.
“Man, it goes without saying how disappointed we are to have to break this news to our race teams and fans,” stated Kern County Raceway’s Larry Collins. “We had an extraordinary opening night just a couple of weeks ago and we were looking forward to once again hosting events at both of our tracks next weekend.”
The next event on the Kern County Raceway schedule is April 18th.
“We will continue to monitor the situation and hope for the best moving forward. The safety and well-being of our competitors, staff and spectators is always our primary concern, so we have to make sound decisions in these trying times.” Collins added.
