‘Kings of Thunder’ Sprint Cars ‘I-5 Classic’ on March 5^th and 6^th

Bakersfield, CA – (February 26, 2021) Today, Kern County Raceway proudly announces that on Friday and Saturday, March 5^th and 6^th, The Dirt Track at KCRP will host the inaugural “I-5 Classic” featuring the ‘Kings of Thunder’ 360-Winged Sprint Cars and the West Coast Sport Compacts.

“The ASCS decided to stay home and not come to California next week, but we’re ready to go racing, and that’s what we’re going to do on the 5^th and 6^th with the “Kings of Thunder”, stated KCRP’s Jayson May. 

Pit Gate at 1pm, all gates at 4:00pm, hot laps at 5:30pm, with racing at 6:30pm.  Team Passes (Pit Registration) $40 each day at 1:00pm, Fan Passes (Main Gates) $30 each day at 4:00pm.  Free Camping.
