2025 NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series Track Championship Divisions

The NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series Track Championship at Kevin Harvick’s Kern Raceway begins with the following divisions:

• Limited Pro Late Models (75 Laps) – Combo race with SPEARS CARS Tour West Limited Pro Late Models
• Spec Racers (30 Laps) – Featuring Spec Lates, Spec Trucks, and Pro Trucks
• Legends (30 Laps) – Combo race with MMI Legends Tour West presented by Frank’s Radio Service
• Crown Vics (20 Laps)

These divisions will compete for track championship points throughout the 2025 season.

Additional Divisions

• SPEARS CARS Tour West Pro Late Models (100 Laps) – Featured Event
  • This race is part of the SPEARS CARS Tour West season but will not count towards a NASCAR Weekly Series Track Championship.
• Jr. Spec Late Models (25 Laps)
  • Developmental class for young drivers.

PIT REGISTRATION & PARKING

• Pit Registration Location: Credentials Building located in the crew parking lot outside Turns 1 & 2 along Raceway Blvd.
• Pit Area: Located within the oval track. Special parking requests must be submitted no later than Friday, March 14 to accommodate requests.
• Crew Parking: Located outside Turns 1 & 2.

TESTING OPPORTUNITIES

• Open Testing Date:
  • Friday, March 14 (Final Test)
• Testing Fees:
  • 1/2 Mile: $300 per car
  • 1/3 Mile: $150 per car
• Private Testing Available – Must be scheduled in advance. Contact competitors@kernraceway.com for reservations.

FUEL & TIRES

• Fuel: Sunoco 110 will be available for purchase on Friday and Saturday. For large quantity orders please email competitors@kernraceway.com
• Tires: All race tires must be purchased through Hoosier Tire West at (559) 485-4612.
• Race Tire Release: Competitors must confirm release timing with Kern Raceway Officials.

PIT PASS PRICING

• Saturday, March 15 – Race Day: $50 per person

TECH & QUALIFYING REMINDERS

• Transponders: Required for all official practice and race sessions. Available for rent ($20 per Transponder)
• Duplicate Car Numbers: Allowed, but a 4-inch first letter of the driver’s last name must be placed low behind the car number on each side.
• Mandatory Decals: To be eligible for payouts, all required contingency decals must be in place as per the official diagram.

TRACK POLICIES & SAFETY

• No personal vehicles, BBQs, or open flames in the pit area.
• No golf carts, quads, scooters, or bicycles allowed in pits or parking lots.
• Spotters must monitor Race Control at 466.0375.
• Minors in Pits: Allowed but must have a completed minor release form and be always accompanied by an adult.
