MODIFIEDS ADDED TO WINGED SPRINT CAR EVENT AT THE DIRT TRACK AT KCRP

BAKERSFIELD, CA (April, 5, 2018) — The Dirt Track at KCRP announced today that the A-Mods will be added to the lineup for Sunday’s 2018 season opener. The Modifieds will add to an already strong race day, featuring the King of the West – NARC Fujitsu 410 Winged Sprint Cars, Bakersfield Hard Tops, and Mod Lites.

Registration and pit gates open at 12 noon.

“We were overwhelmed by phone calls and messages urging us to add the Mods to the event line up once we rescheduled the race to Sunday.” Stated Steve Hughes, announcer for The Dirt Track at KCRP.

Spectator gates for the rescheduled Sunday event will open at 2:00 pm, King of the West qualifying at 4:00 pm, and Racing at 5:00 pm.

2018 Standard modified rules apply for this race. B-Mods are welcome to compete but must comply with ALL 2018 Standard Modified Rules. Standard Dirt Track at KCRP A—Mod pay out of $600 to win, $50 to start. Pit passes required. No Entry Fee.
