Opening Night will offer race fans a full schedule of main event features across several racing divisions. We also have a few thrilling surprises in store from our own Master of Mayhem! Here’s a quick look at what to expect after the gates open at 4 pm!
DON’T MISS THE COMPETITOR AUTOGRAPH SESSION
Even though the main events start at 7 pm, you’ll want to get here by 5:45 pm for our competitor autograph session! Here you can meet the drivers, see their cars up close, and get their signatures! And don’t be shy! Ask questions, pose for photos, and connect with your favorite drivers!

Before the main events start, be sure to make a pit stop at our concessions for some delicious race track treats! There’s a wide selection of food, snacks and beverages that should keep you fueled up for the night! ENDUROS STREET | SPORT:
“Enduro” racers include any 1980 or newer 4-cylinder engine cars – V-6 engines are allowed but must only run on 4 cylinders. Engines must be in stock condition with no performance modifications. Enduros are made up of two classes: stock (single overhead cam models) and sport (dual overhead cam models) With both classes running together during each feature, bumping and banging is a big part of the action!
LEGENDS:
These compact race cars have bodyshells that are 5/8-scale replicas of American made automobiles from the 1930s and 1940s, powered by compact Yamaha engines, which makes for some incredibly quick and exciting racing action!
CROWN VIC RACERS:
As one of the fastest growing arms of grass roots racing, this series redefines “stock car” racing! Whether it’s a Ford Crown Vic or a Mercury Grand Marquis, no performance modifications are allowed – providing a level playing field for some seriously fun competition! And with a factory 4.6-liter motor under the hood, they’re plenty quick around the track, too!
MAYHEM MACHINE
Robert Rice is no stranger to constructive destruction, having built and destroyed literally thousands of vehicles on his rise to the MASTER OF MAYHEM. One of his wildest rides? THE MAYHEM MACHINE! Literally nothing can stop this massive machine of vehicular chaos! And with Robert Rice behind the wheel? Let’s just say you better park in the designated areas of the track—just to be safe!

A NEW CHAPTER OF WEST COAST RACING The zMAX CARS Tour West Pro Late Model Series fueled by El Bandido Yankee Tequila zMAX CARS Tour Pro Late Model Series West will battle it out on Kevin Harvick’s Kern Raceway’s half-mile oval for an exciting 100-lap main event feature! This debuting series is the latest evolutionary step of the CARS Tour following the 2023 series acquisition by NASCAR veteran drivers DaleEarnhardt, Jr., Jeff Burton, Kevin Harvick, and Justin Marks. You won’t want to miss the thrilling action!
FIREWORKS FINALE TO KICKOFF THE RACE SEASON AHEAD!
Following the night’s main events, Opening Night will feature an epic fireworks finale to cap off a night of fun at the track! When the lights go out, the sky lights up in a stunning pyrotechnic display like no other!
